Yoga Classes & Events in Llandeilo
With the summer school holidays now here and hopefully the prospect of some good sunny weather, no doubt thoughts of yoga and other classes do not come to mind.
However, after the busy days of the school holidays and perhaps a round of visitors, the prospect of yoga classes restarting should bring you pleasure. The term will start in mid September and there should be a class which should be of interest to students whether complete beginners or more experienced ones.
There will also be regular Satsang video and Kirtan/chanting evenings. The Satsang videos feature various yogic topics and events and will help in the further understanding of yoga. At Kirtan evenings Maha Mrityunjaya (healing mantra) will be chanted and various kirtans sung.
The Satsang evening is on the first Friday of the month. 7.30 - 8.30pm and Kirtan on the last Friday of the month. 7.30 - 8.30pm, these two events are free of charge.
